Ingredients :

4 no – Wholewheat earthy colored bread

1 no – Broccoli, one head, cut into little florets

150g – Paneer (natively constructed curds), cut into little cubes

4tbsp – Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali), beat

4 no – Garlic cloves, slashed

2tbsp – Red chilli sauce

1tsp – Black pepper powder

Salt to taste

2tbsp – Butter

1tsp – Sunflower Oil

Method :

  • In a blending bowl, include the broccoli florets and pour 1 cup of bubbling boiling water over it and let it sit.
  • Heat oil in a skillet on medium warmth, include garlic and saute until it turns light earthy colored in shading. This will take about a moment or thereabouts.
  • Once the garlic has turned golden brown, drain the water from the broccoli and add it to the skillet, pan sear for a few minutes. Try not to overcook as broccoli loses its nourishment when overcooked.
  • To the cooked broccoli, include disintegrated paneer, salt, pepper powder, sichuan sauce and saute until the fixings are all around joined.
  • Once done turn off the heat, blend in the toasted nut and keep aside to cool.
  • Preheat the sandwich creator.
  • Apply butter on either side of the bread cuts. On one of the cuts, include the Broccoli, Paneer and Peanut stuffing and spread it with the other bread cut to make a sandwich.
  • Toast Broccoli, Paneer and Peanut Sandwich in a sandwich creator until golden brown.
  • Slice the sandwich corner to corner and serve.
