- To the cooked broccoli, include disintegrated paneer, salt, pepper powder, sichuan sauce and saute until the fixings are all around joined.
- Once done turn off the heat, blend in the toasted nut and keep aside to cool.
- Preheat the sandwich creator.
- Apply butter on either side of the bread cuts. On one of the cuts, include the Broccoli, Paneer and Peanut stuffing and spread it with the other bread cut to make a sandwich.
- Toast Broccoli, Paneer and Peanut Sandwich in a sandwich creator until golden brown.
- Slice the sandwich corner to corner and serve.
