Internationally, Lenovo has introduced a new 15-inch laptop. In addition to having an integrated numberpad, the V15 Gen 6’s 47 Wh battery and power-efficient AMD CPUs have allowed it to achieve over 18 hours of battery life in official tests.

Lenovo discreetly introduced a new 15-inch laptop a few days ago. The V15 Gen 6 AMN, which Lenovo recently produced with Intel Wildcat Lake processors, was an AMD substitute for the V14 Gen 7, V15 Gen 7, and V17 Gen 7. It was listed on its PSREF website.
The V15 Gen 6 AMN would be released worldwide, according to Lenovo’s PSREF website, as we discussed at the time. Although that has not happened yet, the new 15-inch laptop can already be bought in the Eurozone. In Austria and Germany, Lenovo has specifically introduced the V15 Gen 6 AMN. The laptop is already listed by the firm as “coming soon” in other markets.
The dimensions of the Lenovo V15 Gen 6 are 359 x 235 x 19.9 mm.
Putting that aside, the starting price of the V15 Gen 6 is €819 (~$948) in both countries, which includes 19% VAT in Germany and 20% VAT in Austria. Lenovo offers a Ryzen 5 40 processor from AMD’s Mendocino family, a 256 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and 16 GB of LPDDR5-5500 RAM at these pricing. For comparison, the Ryzen 5 7430U featured in the older V15 Gen 4 ABP (now priced at $499 on Amazon) outperforms this chip in our benchmarks.
The Radeon 610M, an RDNA 2-based iGPU with two compute units, is also included in this setup. In summary, at 720p or 768p and modest graphics settings, this iGPU will only be able to surpass 60 frames per second in older games. Lenovo also offers a 1080p, 16:9 IPS display with 45% NTSC color space coverage, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 300 nits. Nevertheless, JEITA-BAT 3.0 claims that the laptop’s 47 Wh battery can last more than 18 hours at 200 nits. For further information, please visit Lenovo’s website.
