Index 01 is designed as a personal “external memory” tool. A single long-press allows users to record brief notes, reminders, and ideas. These recordings are then transcribed using local, on-device AI models through the Pebble app—no cloud storage and no subscription fees involved.
The ring can store short audio clips even without immediate phone connectivity, syncing them later when Bluetooth is available. It also supports 5-minute offline recordings, making it ideal for capturing thoughts when your phone isn’t nearby.
