Cincinnati Bengals’ Ja’Marr Chase (hip) anticipated out 4 weeks

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is supposed to miss four to six weeks due to a hip injury, sources told Adam Schefter on Thursday.

The Bengals star didn’t rehearse Thursday and was listed on the team’s injury report with a hip issue.

Chase first experienced the issue in the team’s Week 6 win over the New Orleans Saints. He was restricted at practice in front of Sunday’s success over the Atlanta Falcons in which he seemed to pull up at one point toward the finish of a route. He completed the game and declined to go into particulars about the injury when he met with reporters after the game.

Chase saw an expert Wednesday as he looks for additional responses about the injury, sources told Schefter.
